In the inject panel of the template the script is listed as https://unpkg.com/web-vitals/dist/web-vitals.iife.js do you have support to inject https://unpkg.com/web-vitals/dist/web-vitals.base.iife.js instead, add support for the polyfill.js file which is required to use the base package?
