Use path.basename for sourceMappingURL.

Now the sourceMappingURL will be the same as the CSS file, if not specified.

This fix is important (the workaround is only written in one of the linked bugs), it's not even one full line...
I mean, there is no way this becomes worse. So why not merge?

No idea if the fix is listed. I hit this bug in gruntjs website repo and
decided to take a look.

Even if it's one line there are no tests. Plus it's not like I can publish
a new version on npm myself.
