It's EoL and cucumber 4 does not support it.

I'm getting a couple of failures on ruby 2.3. If you're up for dropping support for that too, I'm in! Ruby 2.3 was phased out about a year ago. |

Cucumber 4 does not support ruby 2.2, which reached its End of Life a couple of years ago.
My proposal is to drop support for it.
