[Feature Request]: Ability to fetch all teams and datasources

Currently, the provider allows fetching a single team, datasource and this goes for other resources too (such as datasource permissions).
I would suggest adding the ability to fetch all teams and datasources (which is achievable at least via the Grafana Admin API). This allows for cases such as doing migrations between Grafana instances.
