When zooming out time the range there is no validation and application throws an error if the DateTime is invalid

@xforman2 is it common for users to click this many times on zoom out?

While it's uncommon for users to excessively click on zoom out, it's important to consider such scenarios. User can only see a meaningless error message which does not help at all.
