[Bug] Signing not working as intended

Describe the bug
In the latest release the signing stage didn't work.

Suspect component/Location where the bug might be occurring
my guess is that for some reason the auto generated key didn't work for some reason. My guess around this is due to that we get a question to go to a homepage and write a code to verify our self.

Additional context
This is not the end of the world. Generating SBOM and images still works as expected, the thing is that the image don't get signed.
