Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As Grafana now supports subfolders by using the toggle 'nestedFolders', would be good to have the ability to use them.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to use subfolders for the CRDS GrafanaDashboard and GrafanaFolder. Looking at the api, looks like the parentUid will be required https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/developers/http_api/folder/#folder-api.
