Housekeeping updates #45

Hello folks 👋 ,

I found that several tools in this repo are outdated, so suggest the following updates:

@zeit/ncc is no longer maintained, so replace it with @vercel/ncc
Update Jest to v27 which introduces new defaults, and reduce needless explicit dependencies such as @types/jest and jest-circus.
Update metadata in package.json because some of them still use values in the template
