Gradle daemon JVM - incubating - detection only

Similar to the wrapper, this feature would allow build authors to declare the JVM version required by the build to run the Gradle daemon. The Gradle launcher will search for locally installed JVMs and pick one that matches the requested version. If a usable JVM cannot be found, the build will fail to start.

This feature ensures the build will use the same version of the JVM across users and environments.
