Gitea scm releases Errors - json: cannot unmarshal array into Go value of type gitea.Release

I'm trying to make my first gorelease up to GitTea. When running goreleaser release I get the message: error creating Gitea release error=json: cannot unmarshal array into Go value of type gitea.Release

I can't seem to work out what array it is talking about that it cannot unmarshal.

I have tried the same .goreleaser.yaml against github and it all works fine.

I attach mu goreleaser.yaml if of use:

Ok so by creating an actual release on Gittea (new to gittea but would expect goreleaser to do this), the above message goes array to be replaced by 'error=scm releases: failed to publish artifacts: failed to upload LiquiBaseApp_Linux_arm64.tar.gz after 10 tries: json: cannot unmarshal array into Go value of type gitea.Attachment

OK chasing down permissions on the TOKEN (required extrat) It then lead me to run the actual POST by curl. Root cause was http in the gitea api url where as I run https only. Change that and I don't even need to create the release on gittea before hand.
