test: utilize unique filename in system tests

Looks good, small suggestion: Is there a way to refactor this so it's in a before each?

Unfortunately these are all within different describe blocks. I could potentially try putting it at the outermost block but a lot of the other tests also create their own files which might be confusing that a file is created then recreated if a particular tests uses a different name.
