proposal: add func uuid.Compare(a, b UUID) int #152

uuid is an ordered type， but Array is not supported operation < >
recommended to provide a function to support comparison operations

maybe

func Compare(a, b UUID) int {
    return bytes.Compare(a[:], b[:])
}
