We're seeing > 70% of captcha requests failing with a 0.1 score which has totals in the millions. Things were working fine > 3 months ago and without any changes on our end regarding recaptcha integration, we've seen a significant increase in bad scores for all our domains using our recaptcha site.
Would splitting up the domains into their own separate sites be a possible solution? I'm wondering if 1 of the domains has bad traffic and that's affecting how recaptcha is calculating scores for all the other domains.
