Issue description
When opening a recaptcha on a small window on a mobile device the images are not scrollable. The "I am not a robot" looks fine but when that is clicked and the images appear, if you cannot find them all + the submit button in the window you cannot fulfill the recaptcha.

Environment
We are using ng-recaptcha on angular but we even see this on the recaptcha/api2/demo. If that is opened on an Android device where you can "pop up" the browser and make the window smaller, then the images won't scroll so you cannot go all the way down to the submit button.
We have used ng-recaptcha in a WKWebView in our iOS apps for years and now all of a sudden this started happening.

Reproducing the issue
www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo - open this in a mobile browser or a web view in an app where the window can be in a popup so you can make the window smaller. If you do that, then the images won't scroll. So you cannot scroll down to the submit button.
