ByteSourceTester seems to be a useful TCK for testing InputStream.

Would you please consider publishing guava-tests module so other projects can reuse the tests?

Or move ByteSourceTester to "guava-testlib" or a new artifact?

For now, I am interested in ByteSourceTester and ByteSinkTester for testing pgjdbc/pgjdbc#2376
