Unable to see clients in the GRR Dashboard #1051

Environment

  • How did you install GRR? [e.g. from release DEB, HEAD DEB, PIP package, source] :From release DEB
  • What GRR version are you running?: 3.4.7.1
  • What operating system does the GRR server run on? : Ubuntu 20.04
  • What operating system does the affected GRR client run on, if applicable? : Linux

Describe the issue
We are trying to figure out how to see all the clients connected in the dash board currently , we have three cleint machine connected none are listed in the dashboard, however on entering their full name we can see and connect to the clients.

you can using first octet IP address from your server
e.g :
server 1 : 192.168.0.2
server 2 : 192.168.0.3
server 3 : 192.168.0.4
You can search list of server in search box with input "192" only.

or you can switch into old gui and just click search icon (magnifying glass icon)

What is your server's IP Address ?
Are your server is in same Network or not?
