Document CEL Cost Limit Evaluation

I'm wanting to add CEL evaluation cost limits to my application using cel-go, but the documentation out there is very lacking. Are there any good references you can point me toward? It would be nice to have a rough overview documenting the cost function for the types in the stdlib. For example, it's not clear how map equality cost is calculated.
