Add a configuration item named "args" to pass arguments to dlv debug test binary.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is without any configuration item for me to pass the args to run the dlv debug test.

For now, I could only run the dlv with launch.json to achieve my goals.

It is inconvenient to debug a unit test both with log output and dlv breakpoint.

The debug test function could provide configurations to pass run args.
