🗑️ deprecate: go 1.14 & go 1.15 support deprecation #2172

Description

Deprecate Go 1.14 and Go 1.15 support due to they're really old versions and Fasthttp no longer supports them: valyala/fasthttp#1379

Type of change

  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

seems like a good choice to drop support < 1.16. And, 1.16 is a good minimum IMO

Readme.md still notices go version 1.14; it should be updated too.
