Issue running gin-example with go1.21.1 and REL CLI 0.38.0 #344

Hi.

I'm currently trying to run the gin-example project with Go version 1.21.1 and REL CLI version 0.38.0. However, I'm encountering the following error when attempting to run rel migrate:

$ go version                                                               
go version go1.21.1 darwin/arm64

$ rel version

$ mockery --version

I'm wondering if there might be an issue with the compatibility of the versions I'm using.

Could you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue?
