perf: create benchmarking suite

Benchmark suite should be implemented to track performance.
Benchmarks should be reproducible and output trackable metrics.

Write performance

Currently implemented as prom-bench

Read performance

• Generate data for benchmark
• Implement query recorder
• Create a set of different queries
• Track their performance

First iteration should focus on node exporter metrics (already generated by prom-bench) and "Node Exporter Full" dashboard.
