10.0.15 and SaaS Cloud

Bug description

It's something based on an already past reported ticket:

  1. Task Date does not appear to be visible in the ticket, just the Creation Date, and Planned Date. The only one way to view the Task Date is editing the Task, but when a Ticket is Solved/Closed, the Task Cannot be edited so the Task Date cannot be saw. Sometimes the Task Date for a closed ticket is necessary to see for auditing or checking when a task was done and how much duration was.

  2. Also when a Task is planned, the Start Date doesn't update the Task Date, just the Duration.

  3. When a Planned Task is unplanned, this removes the duration of the task.

Steps To reproduce

  1. Create a Task.
  2. Set the Date another date instead the actual maybe yesterday, and duration. Save it.

image

  1. As you can see only the creation date and duration is visible, the date of the task is not.

image

  1. The date only can be saw if the task is editing. So if ticket is closed, the date of the task cannot be saw anymore.

  2. If task is planned, the planned date and duration is showing:

  1. Also the Planned Date doesn't update the Task Date. Plan the task, set a Planned Date and Period, save it:

  1. As you can see the Period update the Duration, but the Planned Date (Start date) doesn't update the Task Date.
  2. Also, If the task is unplanned, the duration is removed. Edit the task, clic in Unplan, check the Duration was removed:
