Headless rendering example for the new version #2091

I noticed that the function to create Headless display was removed in 0.33 release (together with glutin's overhaul). Could there be

a notice in the changelog to clarify that this is an intended breaking change
a migration guide on how to create headless display with the new version?

I think there is no alternative for headless mode yet, but I am open to suggestions/contributions to make glium's API have a headless mode.

FTR, this was @Melchizedek6809 's original reasoning for removal of headless mode.
