Engine EventEmitter provides insights on which filter matched network rules. For cosmetic filters the only feedback it provides is injected styles and scripts, but no info about the matched filter.

Information on matched cosmetic filters provides opportunity to implement multiple improvements in the Ghostery extension:

• debugging logger for all matched filters
• feedback for users
• integration with Ghostery TrackerDB to toggle cosmetic filters on demand
