Suggestion add Moment Key

The app is great, I used VeraPlus Zwave for years. Biggest problem was to integrate Texecom Premier Elite alarm into home automation. Have your plugin up and running on HomeBridge.

If I could make a suggestion adding "Moment Key" to zone types.

I connected door bell to alarm panel set zone as Moment Key (no alarm activation function) attributes which can be set "Monitor Only" or "Monitor Only when Armed"
Some one rings doorbell I get a message on Texecom App

Could be used in HomeKit to trigger camera etc. Instead if buying doorbell camera.

I do hope you don't mind the suggestion. If there is a more appropriate site for making suggestions, please let me know.

Hi, I was just browsing and saw this, I thought I’d follow up incase you haven’t figure it out yet. The zone type “moment key” isn’t supported by HomeKit.

BUT you can just add it as a contact sensor. I have a doorbell wired into my texecom with the zone type set to not used - but HomeKit can track the state if added as a contact.

I then used the fake doorbell plug-in on homebridge and linked the 2 in automations. Works great.

In Wintex set zone 1 to Not Used
In Texecom-Connect added Zone Type Contact Sensor
Name DoorBell
Number 1

Contact DoorBell shows up in Homebridge but does not change state. Which terminals are you connecting to on Texecom?
