There are two archivists, elected at different times of the year. Currently, there only exists one archivist posts, which do not support different election terms for the different archivists. One solution would be to split the archivist post into archivist ht and archivist vt, but other solutions might be possible as well. Ask Sanningsministieriet for details on what they exactly had in mind with this.

Some clarity of how the council position is elected could be added to "om posten" tab but other than that I cannot see a problem

I now realized that someone changed the post to have a limit of one. This will cause issues later when trying to add the elected person to the council position. It might be beneficial to just make a new post on the webpage cus of this since the clarity is lacking in the table of the election with the notation 1-2 or * or 2(x) all of these misrepresents how the archivist is elected. Easiest would be to handle it as the vice cafémästare for example. Something to consider.
