contacts from dead servers are removed from contact list, but remain in circles when they are part of one

Bug Description

Noticed several contacts when looking at the contact list in Pachli that are on servers that are long dead and gone. When searching contacts in Friendica webUI no search results did show, which left me puzzled.

Actual Result: Found out those contacts where part of circles and when looking at Contacts > Circles > Respective Circle found contacts listed that did not show when searching contacts earlier.

Expected Result: Contacts who were removed from contact list due to dead servers should also be removed from Circles.
