What seems to be the problem? 馃
When links to public patterns and measurements sets are displayed on Discord, it shows "Measurements Sets: #undefined" and "Patterns: #undefined".

I think that the web pages might be initially loading with "undefined" placeholder text, the Open Graph tags are generated, then the pages are updated with the actual pattern/set number?
