[feature]: Improve printing of measurement sets for filling in offline

What is it that you would like to see happen? 🤔

I find it easier to do measurements offline rather than using a phone (mutters about lock-screens). To simplify this, I would like a print out of all possible measurements that I might write on the page.

For v2, the layout of measurements was tighter, and all measurements were displayed and were compact for printing (see attached example).

For v3, you can only see the complete list if you have a) filled in a measurement for all values or b) edit the measurements (without filtering for a pattern). (see photo of the latter attached).

Ideally there would be a way for any of the following:

• Non-specific worksheet for collecting values (linked from a button when you're editing measurements perhaps?)
• Complete or filtered measurements with a button for a "print view", giving you any current values and all/filtered fields (probably also from within the edit view).
• A way to turn off the menu on each printed page (?maybe a Firefox problem) or recommended workaround?
• Even the yaml or json for printing would be more compact (but doesn't turn up for incomplete sets, see bug [bug]: YAML and JSON buttons missing for incomplete measurement sets #6329 )

In order to generate the second image, I started editing without filtering, and then File>Print... Set content to pages 2-5 and four pages to a sheet. I still need to write in things blocked by the menu.

I note that the Measurements We Use doc page has a list of all measurements in the same order they appear on the Edit Measurements page. I was able to print the page to a single letter-sized PDF page (Using Safari desktop browser, setting scaling to 80%).

I don't see the repeated menu when printing the Edit Measurements page, using the Safari desktop browser.
