[bug]: Newly-created account's "Image" image is 404 missing

What seems to be the problem? 🤔

On Discord a user reported that upon creating a new account, the account's "Image" image was 404 missing.

The 404 image URL was the account's Cloudflare https://imagedelivery.net/ouSuR9yY1bHt-fuAokSA5Q/uid-[the UID]/public URL.

If a default image was supposed to have been created on Cloudflare for the user, it was not and that is the problem. Or, it might instead be possible that there is not supposed to be any default image for new accounts. If that is the case, then the problem is that the UI tried to show the non-existent image.
