In some cases, we have the opinion (cluster) but we do not have the related citation.
I do not know how many neutral reporters are affected, but I have a clear example. See the Ohio public domain reporter, volume 1992 . We have 1992 Ohio 1, but we are "missing" these page ranges (which are really serial numbers)
They can be found easily on the source, filtering by year decided, and ordered by neutral citation. The docket number in Courtlistener is slightly different. This opinion cluster is 1992 Ohio 2 but we do not have such citation in the DB. See the image below for the match on case name and date (opinion PDF link)
I checked around 15 pages from all the ranges listed above, and we had all the opinions. We are just missing the neutral citation pointing to them
