Configuration is not picking up new mermaid version

Hi,

I am trying to use the latest mermaid.js v10.9.0 because the block diagram is not working (it renders like this):

• Doesn't work with mkdocs-material native mermaid support
• Doesn't work with mermaid2 with 10.7.0 js lib

But for some reason the plugin is not taking the latest version and is defaulting to 10.7.0 (note this is for another diagram with an intentional error to show the error msg).

I went through the troubleshooting guide but everything seems okay. I also dont see any error codes thrown when launching with mkdocs serve:

INFO - MERMAID2 - Initialization arguments: {}
INFO - MERMAID2 - Using specified javascript library: https://unpkg.com/mermaid@10.9.0/dist/mermaid.min.js

Update.

This was resolved by updating from python 3.10 to 3.12
