[Feature Request] On the Pull Requests scan and show the results only for the diff

Is your feature request related to an issue that you encountered with Salesforce Code Analyzer?
When I run the scanner on a Pull Request, I want to see the results only for the diff and not for the entire files

Describe alternatives that you've considered:
I am using other GitHub Actions that implement the diff feature on the Pull Requests.

Urgency:
This missing feature is the reason I am not using the official Salesforce GitHub Action.
