Describe the bug
FAQ image has longer background image for iphone design on the main page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'main page' in responsive design(iphone 6/7/8)
2. Scroll down to 'FAQ'
3. See error

Expected behavior
The background green image must adjust accordingly
