What problem do you want to solve?

I'm working on some definitions but they aren't yet complete yet they work pretty well for me, it would be great to be able to add incomplete definitions but mark them as WIP which doesn't get installed normally unless a flag is set such as flow-typed install --blah.

Incomplete but still high quality definitions aren't great to install for everyone since it can cause unresolved flow errors yet if you want to use them, you can make changes and contribute back it can be valuable. Being able to store them in a public place lets others see partial progress for others to improve upon.

Your take on the correct solution?

Mentioned above already. A flag added to flow-typed so that we can contribute incomplete definitions

Anything else?

Don't know what the best flag name should be
