Integrate the latest index-provider metadata format into markets. Upgrade dependency go cbor-gen while at it, to include the latest fix here: whyrusleeping/cbor-gen#63

There seems to be 2 sets of flaky tests that are unrelated to the changes made in this PR: There are issues captured already about flay tests. Merging this PR unless there are any objections. |
