Description

It is now required to manually inject IDates into validators/definers to use its API (e.g. methods now() and zoned(...)). The access to such API can be simplified by adding it to AbstractBefore[After]ChangeEventHandler.

Expected outcome

Improved developer productivity and less multi time-zone code.
