cloudctl --csv option disappeared in version 0.12.10

In version 0.12.10, the --csv option in the cloudctl billing container subcommand has disappeared. This option is very important for us to be able to easily import and evaluate the resource consumption of pods in Excel.

Hi @rikesedach which version of cloudctl have you been using before? There was no change which removed a flag in the billing subcommand

Also in the latest version I still have the flag?
