KVStore support for guest streams #773

Currently guest streams are not supported for KVStore bodies, with the tests currently commented out - https://github.com/fastly/js-compute-runtime/blob/main/integration-tests/js-compute/fixtures/app/src/kv-store.js#L257.

This feature came up for a customer recently to support cloning a request body into a KV store, while simultaneously reading that request body.
