Adds a section to the README featuring third-party frameworks, libraries, and extensions to Hydra. Based on discussion with @rsokl.

Thanks @Jasha10 ! I modified the description for hydra-zen to be more specific to its features. The blurb from our repo does more to inform new users about the broad picture of Hydra than it does the features of hydra-zen.
