Summary
I took a look at the perpetually failing tests on azure pipelines, and it seems the mac error is not flake
despite the horrible colors (馃槵) it seems like we're now missing an
!which was there before. Since this only fails on macOS (probably dependent on the version of mercurial installed), let's ditch the snapshot and just do a substring matchTest plan
