Bouncing icon of server app

🐛 Bug Report

Every time I start the server, the application icon in the dock bounces for a long time or constantly. At the same time, the functionality of the application itself is available and everything works fine. Can you fix this annoying behavior or maybe I can somehow fix this behavior on my side?

1. Start Flipper
