Missing unit test for task 3 of Wizards and Warriors exercise #1953

I was going through the syllabus and noticed that task 3 has no corresponding test.

The task is to be able to run this code:

var wizard = new Wizard();
wizard.PrepareSpell();

It also seems to be missing a return value.
