force dns over tcp in greendns?

Hi,

I am having some issues with dns timeouts in our kubernetes cluster and our applications that use eventlet/greendns. I've read a few posts from people who have encountered this problem and one solution for them was to force dns clients to use tcp. I took a look at the greendns code and don't see an obvious way to do this. I believe dns supports both udp and tcp but perhaps only (usually) when a udp response is "too long" and the client then asks again via tcp. Is there any way to encourage greendns to just skip the "let's try this via udp" and go right to "let's use tcp"?
