This seems currently untested:

  • forkchoiceUpdatedV2 throws INVALID_PARAMS if parentBlockBeaconRoot is provided
  • forkchoiceUpdatedV3 throws UNSUPPORTED_FORK if it is called at < Cancun time
  • getPayloadV3 throws UNSUPPORTED_FORK if a pre-Cancun payload is requested
