good to have, but is there a way to avoid some issues (e.g. #3565) being closed? |

Add a stale issue/PR checker to the repo. We've lost track of some older issues and PRs and this will help keep us honest.
Is there anything you'd like reviewers to focus on?
Does the timing seem right? Issues/PRs marked as stale after 60 days of inactivity and closed after an additional 7 days of inactivity.
