Provide a release using Scala 3.

Status: awaiting Scala 3 releases of:

Work continues in #367.
Now awaiting release of Akka 2.6.18.

I might be missing something but I cannot find the Scala3 artifact for 4.2.7 in maven:

Seems like only the 2.13, 2.12 and 2.11 were published

You are right! Its an error in build.sbt. Fixing it...

Version 4.2.8 with Scala 3 support is underway to Maven central.
