Fetch job - JSONDecode error sometimes, but rarely appears #1377

Last week it came, and went without any changes .
On friday I was able to reproduce it again, but then it went away when trying again. .

Perhaps introduce mere try-catch in the pymtds repo, to not crash if a request fails
