Bug in parsing proxy connection string when username or password contains '@'

This is my example code

import httpx
import asyncio
async def main():
    async with httpx.AsyncClient(proxies="http://username:p@ssword@127.0.0.1:3128") as client:
        response = await client.get("https://www.google.com/")
        print(response.text)
asyncio.run(main())

My code runs with error and here is the traceback. I think this is a library error when parsing the proxy connection string.
