Posting files on 308 redirects raise the exception LocalProtocolError

LocalProtocolError: Too little data for declared Content-Length

Reproduce:
client:

files = {'upload-file': open('Makefile', 'rb')}
r = httpx.post("http://localhost:8080/redirect", files=files)

server:

from aiohttp import web
routes = web.RouteTableDef()
@routes.post('/', name='main')
async def hello(request):
    return web.Response(text="Hello, world")


@routes.post('/redirect')
async def handler(request):
    location = request.app.router['main'].url_for()
    raise web.HTTPPermanentRedirect(location=location)


app = web.Application()
app.add_routes(routes)
web.run_app(app, port=8080)

I can dig into it and try to fix it if it's not desirable behavior.

Probably this issue... #1537 (Which has been fixed in master and is due to be released soon.)

Can confirm that on master it does not raise an error
